INDICATIONS

Put an amount equivalent to a pea on your fingertips and divide it in two. Apply half of the cream as deep into the vagina as you can. Spread it down and up and then all the way through the vaginal tissues to the opening of the vagina. Apply the other half just inside the vaginal opening. If you don't get very deep into your vagina or feel uncomfortable touching yourself, you can put a pea-sized amount of cream on the tip of a clean, empty tampon applicator and use it to apply to the lining of your vagina. After application, wait up to 30 minutes for it to take effect.
